Note – In lieu of filling out parts of this form, you can attach the relevant source documents. e.g. previous years tax return, payment summaries, expense schedules, spreadsheets, share trading details etc. If you wish to send more than one file, we suggest you prepare them by enclosing them in a folder (4.0MB limit).
When all files are in the folder, zip or compress it and attach it to this form. Note – there is a file attachment question, which contains a ‘choose file’ button near the start of the form (item 3.).
